Our client, an international charity operating across the Europe, Africa and Australia, planned to migrate its accounting system and software to a new product that was the same software as its sister company in the USA.
This move would enable greater alignment between the two entities and strengthen the relationship bringing about more accountability and efficiency.
To support this transition, we provided a gap analysis on the key financial systems and processes against international accounting standards, identifying necessary changes to facilitate a smooth change. This enabled us to identify current practices and how they needed to updated so that the changeover was undertaken from an informed position. We also made best practice recommendations where appropriate to ensure that the new system met global standards, enhancing accountability and efficiency.
This alignment fostered stronger relationships between international entities, promoting better resource management and service delivery across regions.
