Our client, a UK charity supporting children and adults with learning difficulties, needed a ‘health check’ on its new IT system.
The system had been implemented to integrate and streamline its financial and management processes.
It combined stock, product sales, invoicing, and other financial transactions, as well as marketing, customer and membership data, all from one centralised point. We were able to provide the assurance needed that the management controls in the new system were working and made recommendations to improve operating practices.
